Beware of Online Fraudsters

In a country like ours, may still find it difficult to carry out online transaction out of no fault of theirs but because of the countless times they have encountered people who go about looking for quick money. This story have been circulating the net for a while and we at 9ja hot deal thought it wise to bring it to your notice.
got this from someone and decided to share it.

Hello folks! As a rejoinder to this, its true u should not just bother trusting most advert you see online, although in my case, mine was with a so called bulk-data seller here, with number 0703 364 6470,i repeat, 0703 364 6470 it's owned by one mr James (he indulges in all sort of things ranging from Recharge card printing, Web design, blog design and anything you can think of even car importation) He claims he can sell you data plans and i came across his advert on a popular Nigeria forum "nairaland". I had sent him the amount of 1500,via mtn cards which he requested for and he promised to start off my subscription within two minutes, minutes going to hours still no sign of any data. Whenever i called him, he will pick up the call and tell you he is working on it. Then after one hour he will stop picking your call. If you ask him to send the data first, he will come up with stories of how his manager doesn't allow him send data before payment. He is a professional 419-ner. After waiting and all, I decided to search him up on whatzapp ,but came up without a hit.
Please, watch for him n not, at least, d recurrent. ..6464...digits, least he scams anyone else.
Have a swell day, guys.
Remember whenever you see a deal too good to be true just run because it is a scam.

Before you do any deal with any data reseller, first and foremost search up for the person on whatzapp, facebook. Or at least get to know their name. Better still you can ask them to send the data first provided you get to pay once you receive the service.
Shine your eyes!!1
